How do I check in?

As Hotel Hygge is a contactless, self-check-in property, check-in is completed virtually. Prior to check-in we require a signed digital registration form that is sent via email. If you do not receive your registration form prior to the day of your arrival, please contact the property to confirm your address. Once the registration form is signed, your check-in email will be sent to you once the room is ready on the day of your arrival. What time is check-in?

Check-in is available after 3pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is any time prior to 11am on the day of your scheduled departure.

Is there a parking fee?

On-Site parking is available and complimentary for standard vehicles.

Is there Wi-Fi access on-site?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay, the details of which are included in your check-in letter sent via email.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit (that's equal to your first night's stay) will be collected when you make your reservation. Provided your reservation does not fall on a holiday weekend, we will gladly offer a full refund so long as your cancellation request is received by 3 p.m. the day prior to arrival. If less notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited. We do not refund deposits for holiday weekend bookings and do not offer refunds for early departure.

When are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily. Activities in publics spaces like picnic tables, cornhole, bocce court, horseshoe pit, and parking lot must cease at 10pm, subject to a fee for violation.

Is there a daily housekeeping service?

No daily housekeeping service is provided. If extra amenities are needed, guests may find them in the guest supply room to which the code is included in the self-check-in letter.

Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay and must be denoted prior to arrival. No more than two domestic dogs are allowed per room, and each must be 50 lbs. or smaller. To help cover cleanup costs, a one-time non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 will be applied upon check-in. Pets must always be kept on a leash (with a max length of 10 feet). They must remain in the care of their owner and may not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and all pet waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. If a guest is not able to keep their pet under control, they must remove them from the premises or risk having the animal taken in by local animal control authorities. Additionally, cats and exotic pets are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that guests should be able to provide proof of their pets’ current vaccinations.

What amenities do I have access to?

Guests of Hotel Hygge may take advantage of the onsite amenities which include cornhole boards, a bocce court, and a horseshoe pit. Guests also have access to the amenities at sister property, the Sideways Inn, just down the road. These amenities include an on-site bar and lounge, pool with a hot tub, and fitness center. For fitness center access, please register with the front desk.
